  ARMOR FOR WARFARE

BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

Stand therefore, having your loins girt 
about with truth, and having on the breastplate 
of righteousness; EPH 6:14 


CALLED ARMOR OF GOD

Put on the whole armor of God, that you 
may be able to stand against the wiles of the 
devil. EPH 6:11 


CALLED ARMOR OF LIGHT

The night is far spent, the day is at 
hand: let us therefore cast off the works of 
darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. ROM 13:12 


CALLED ARMOR OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

By the word of truth, by the power of 
God, by the armor of righteousness on the right 
hand and on the left, 2CO 6:7 


GIRDLE OF TRUTH

Stand therefore, having your loins girt

HELMET OF SALVATION

And take the helmet of salvation, and 
the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: EPH 6:17 

But let us, who are of the day, be sober, 
putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and 
for an helmet, the hope of salvation. 1TH 5:8 


MIGHTY THROUGH GOD

 (For the weapons of our warfare {are} 
not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling 
down of strong holds;) 2CO 10:4 

Casting down imaginations, and every 
high thing that exalts itself against the 
knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity 
every thought to the obedience of Christ; 2CO 10:5 

MUST BE PUT ON

The night is far spent, the day is at

PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL

And your feet shod with the preparation

SHIELD OF FAITH

Above all, taking the shield of faith, 
wherewith you shall be able to quench all the 
fiery darts of the wicked. EPH 6:16 


SWORD OF THE SPIRIT

And take the helmet of salvation, and 
the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: EPH 6:17 


TO BE ON THE RIGHT HAND AND LEFT

THE WHOLE, IS REQUIRED

Wherefore take unto you the whole armor 
of God, that you may be able to withstand in the 
evil day, and having done all, to stand. EPH 6:13

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold 
on eternal life, whereunto you art also called, 
and hast professed a good profession before many 
witnesses. 1TI 6:12 


ILLUSTRATED

For every battle of the warrior {is} with 
confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but 
{this} shall be with burning {and} fuel of fire. ISA 9:5 

And they shall be as mighty {men}, which 
tread down {their enemies} in the mire of the 
streets in the battle: and they shall fight, 
because the Lord {is} with them, and the riders 
on horses shall be confounded. ZEC 10:5

IS A GOOD WARFARE

This charge I commit unto thee, son 
Timothy, according to the prophecies which went 
before on thee, that you by them might war a 
good warfare; 1TI 1:18 

Holding faith, and a good conscience; 
which some having put away concerning faith have 
made shipwreck: 1TI 1:19 


NOT AFTER THE FLESH

For though we walk in the flesh, we do 
not war after the flesh: 2CO 10:3

IS AGAINST

DEATH

The last enemy {that} shall be 
destroyed {is} death. 1CO 15:26 

Forasmuch then as the children are 
partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself 
likewise took part of the same; that through 
death he might destroy him that had the power of 
death, that is, the devil; HEB 2:14 

And deliver them who through fear of 
death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. HEB 2:15 


THE DEVIL

And I will put enmity between you and 
the woman, and between you seed and her seed; it 
shall bruise you head, and you shall bruise his 
heel. GEN 3:15 

Lest Satan should get an advantage of 
us: for we are not ignorant of his devices. 2CO 2:11 

For we wrestle not against flesh and 
blood, but against principalities, against 
powers, against the rulers of the darkness of 
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high 
{places}. EPH 6:12 

Submit yourselves therefore to God. 
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. JAM 4:7 

Be sober, be vigilant; because your 
adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walks 
about, seeking whom he may devour: 1PE 5:8 

And the dragon was wroth with the 
woman, and went to make war with the remnant of 
her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and 
have the testimony of Yeshua Christ. REV 12:17 


ENEMYS

But mine enemies {are} lively, {and} 
they are strong: and they that hate me wrongfully 
are multiplied. PSA 38:19 

Mine enemies would daily swallow {me} 
up: for {they be} many that fight against me, O 
thou most High. PSA 56:2 

For, lo, they lie in wait for my soul: 
the mighty are gathered against me; not {for} my 
transgression, nor {for} my sin, O Lord. PSA 59:3 


THE FLESH

But I see another law in my members, 
warring against the law of my mind, and bringing 
me into captivity to the law of sin which is in 
my members. ROM 7:23 

And every man that strives for the 
mastery is temperate in all things. Now they {do 
it} to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an 
incorruptible. 1CO 9:25 

I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; 
so fight I, not as one that beats the air: 1CO 9:26 

But I keep under my body, and bring {it} 
into subjection: lest that by any means, when I 
have preached to others, I myself should be a 
castaway. 1CO 9:27 

And lest I should be exalted above 
measure through the abundance of the revelations, 
there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the 
messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be 
exalted above measure. 2CO 12:7 

For the flesh lusted against the 
Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and 
these are contrary the one to the other: so that 
ye cannot do the things that you would. GAL 5:17 

Dearly beloved, I beseech {you} as 
strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly 
lusts, which war against the soul; 1PE 2:11 


THE WORLD

These things I have spoken unto you, 
that in me you might have peace. In the world you 
shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I 
have overcome the world. JOH 16:33 

For whatsoever is born of God overcomes 
the world: and this is the victory that 
overcomes the world, {even} our faith. 1JO 5:4 

Who is he that overcomes the world, but 
he that believeth that Yeshua is the Son of God? 1JO 5:5 


MERE PROFESSORS DO NOT MAINTAIN

And they bend their tongues {like} their 
bow {for} lies: but they are not valiant for the 
truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil 
to evil, and they know not me, saith the Lord. JER 9:3 


OFTEN ARRISES FROM THE OPPOSITION
 OF FRIENDS OR RELATIVES

For the son dishonors the father, the 
daughter rises up against her mother, the 
daughter in law against her mother in law; a 
man's enemies {are} the men of his own house. MIC 7:6 

For I am come to set a man at variance 
against his father, and the daughter against her 
mother, and the daughter in law against her 
mother in law. MAT 10:35 

And a man's foes {shall be} they of his 
own household. MAT 10:36

ALL ENGAGED IN

Having the same conflict which you saw in 
me, and now hear {to be} in me. PHI 1:30 


COMFORTED BY GOD IN

For, when we were come into Macedonia, 
our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on 
every side; without {were} fighting's, within 
{were} fears. 2CO 7:5 

Nevertheless God, that comforts those 
that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of 
Titus; 2CO 7:6 


DELIVERED BY the Messiah IN

And the Lord shall deliver me from every 
evil work, and will preserve {me} unto his 
heavenly kingdom: to whom {be} glory for ever and 
ever. Amen. 2TI 4:18 


ENCOURAGED IN

ISA 41:11 Behold, all they that were incensed 
against you shall be ashamed and confounded: 
they shall be as nothing; and they that strive 
with you shall perish.

ISA 41:12 you shall seek them, and shall not 
find them, {even} them that contended with thee: 
they that war against you shall be as nothing, 
and as a thing of naught.

ISA 51:12 {I}, even I, {am} he that comforts 
you: who {art} you , that you should be 
afraid of a man {that} shall die, and of the son 
of man {which} shall be made {as} grass;

MIC 7:8 Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: 
when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in 
darkness, the Lord {shall be} a light unto me.

1JO 4:4 you are of God, little children, and have 
overcome them: because greater is he that is in 
you, than he that is in the world.


EXORTED TO DILIGENCE IN

HELPED BY GOD IN

MUST STAND FIRM IN 

EPH 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor

PROTECTED BY GOD IN

PSA 140:7 O God the Lord, the strength of my 
salvation, you hast covered my head in the day 
of battle.

STRENGHTENED BY the Messiah IN

2CO 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is 
sufficient for thee: for my strength is made 
perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I 
rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of 
Christ may rest upon me.

2TI 4:17 Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, 
and strengthened me; that by me the preaching 
might be fully known, and {that} all the Gentiles 
might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth 
of the lion.


STRENGHTENED BY GOD IN

PSA 20:2 Send you help from the sanctuary, and 
strengthen you out of Zion;

PSA 27:14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, 
and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, 
on the Lord.


THANK GOD FOR VICTORY IN

ROM 7:25 I thank God through Yeshua the Messiah our 
Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the 
law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

1CO 15:57  But thanks [be] to God, which gives 
us the victory through our Lord Yeshua Christ.

THEY WHO OVERCOME IN, SHALL

BE CLOTHED IN WHITE REIMENT

REV 3:5 He that overcomes, the same shall be 
clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out 
his name out of the book of life, but I will 
confess his name before my Father, and before his 
angels.


BE CONFESSED BY the Messiah BEFORE GOD THE FATHER

BE PILLARS IN THE TEMPLE OF GOD

is} new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of 
heaven from my God: and {I will write upon him} 
my new name.


BE SONS OF GOD

EAT OF THE HIDDEN MANNA

REV 2:17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what

overcomes will I give to eat of the hidden 
manna, and will give him a white stone, and in 
the stone a new name written, which no man 
knows saving he that receives {it}.


EAT OF THE TREE OF LIFE

REV 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what 
the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that 
overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of 
life, which is in the midst of the paradise of 
God.


HAVE GOD AS THIER GOD

REV 21:7 He that overcomes shall inherit all 
things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my 
son.


HAVE THE MORNING STAR

REV 2:28 And I will give him the morning star.


HAVE THE NAME OF GOD WRITTEN UPON THEM 
 BY CHRIST

REV 3:12 Him that overcomes will I make a pillar 
in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more 
out: and I will write upon him the name of my 
God, and the name of the city of my God, {which 
is} new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of 
heaven from my God: and {I will write upon him}

HAVE POWER OVER THE NATIONS

REV 2:26 And he that overcomes, and keeps my 
works unto the end, to him will I give power over 
the nations:


HAVE A WHITE STONE, AND IN IT A NEW NAME WRITTEN

INHERIT ALL THINGS

NOT BE HURT BY THE SECOND DEATH

REV 2:11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what 
the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that 
overcomes shall not be hurt of the second death.


HAVE NOT THIER NAMES BLOTTED OUT OF THE BOOK OF LIFE

REV 3:5 He that overcomes, the same shall be

SIT WITH the Messiah ON HIS THROWN

REV 3:21 To him that overcomes will I grant to 
sit with me in my throne, even as I also

TO BE CARRIED ON

UNDER CHRIST, AS OUR CAPTIAN

HEB 2:10 For it became him, for whom {are} all 
things, and by whom {are} all things, in bringing 
many sons unto glory, to make the captain of 
their salvation perfect through sufferings.


UNDER THE LORDS BANNER

PSA 60:4 you hast given a banner to them that 
fear thee, that it may be displayed because of 
the truth. Selah.


WITH CONFIDENCE IN GOD

PSA 27:1 The Lord {is} my light and my salvation; 
whom shall I fear? the Lord {is} the strength of 
my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

PSA 27:2 When the wicked, {even} mine enemies and 
my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they 
stumbled and fell.

PSA 27:3 though an host should encamp against me, 
my heart shall not fear: though war should rise 
against me, in this {will} I {be} confident.


WITH EARNESTNESS

JUD 1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to

WITH ENDURANCE OF HARDNESS

WITH FAITH

knowing that the same afflictions are 
accomplished in your brethren that are in the 
world.

WITH WATCHFULNESS

BY FAITH

HEB 11:33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, 
wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped 
the mouths of lions.

the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made 
strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight 
the armies of the aliens.

life again: and others were tortured, not 
accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a 
better resurrection:

HEB 11:36 And others had trial of {cruel} 
mocking and scourging, yea, moreover of bonds 
and imprisonment:

HEB 11:37 They were stoned, they were sawn 
asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: 
they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; 
being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

OVER DEATH AND THE GRAVE

ISA 25:8 He will swallow up death in victory; and

away from off all the earth: for the Lord hath 
spoken {it}.

ISA 26:19 you dead {men} shall live, {together 
with} my dead body shall they arise. Awake and 
sing, you that dwell in dust: for you dew {is as} 
the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out 
the dead.

HOS 13:14 I will ransom them from the power of 
the grave; I will redeem them from death: O 
death, I will be you plagues; O grave, I will be 
thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from 
mine eyes.

1CO 15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put 
on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put 
on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the 
saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in 
victory.

1CO 15:55 O death, where {is} you sting? O grave, 
where {is} you victory?


OVER THE DEVIL

ROM 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan 
under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord 
Jesus the Messiah {be} with you. Amen.

because you have known him {that is} from the 
beginning. I have written unto you, young men, 
because you are strong, and the word of God 
abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked 
one.


OVER THE FLESH

deliver me from the body of this death?
