1CO 12:8 For to one is given by the Spirit the 
word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge 
by the same Spirit;

1CO 12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to 
another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

1CO 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to 
another prophecy; to another discerning of 
spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to 
another the interpretation of tongues:

1CO 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, 
first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly 
teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of 
healings, helps, governments, diversities of 
tongues.

1CO 14:1 Follow after charity, and desire 
spiritual gifts, but rather that you may 
prophesy.


MIRACULOUS GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, FORETOLD

ISA 35:4 Say to them that are of a fearful 
heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will 
come with vengeance, even God with a 
recompense; he will come and save you.

ISA 35:5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be 
opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be 
unstopped.

ISA 35:6 Then shall the lame man leap as an 
hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the 
wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in 
the desert.

JOE 2:28 And it shall come to pass afterward, 
that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; 
and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, 
your old men shall dream dreams, your young men 
shall see visions:

JOE 2:29 And also upon the servants and upon the

MAT 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord,

never knew you: depart from me, you that work 
iniquity.

1CO 13:1 Though I speak with the tongues of men 
and of angels, and have not charity, I am become 
as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

1CO 13:2 And though I have the gift of 
prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all 
knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I 
could remove mountains, and have not charity, I 
am nothing.

1CO 12:4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but 
the same Spirit.

1CO 12:5 And there are differences of 
administrations, but the same Lord.

1CO 12:6 And there are diversities of operations, 
but it is the same God which works all in all.

ACT 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully 
come, they were all with one accord in one place.

ACT 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from 
heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled 
all the house where they were sitting.

ACT 2:3 And there appeared unto them cloven 
tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of 
them.

ACT 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy 
Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as 
the Spirit gave them utterance.


TEMPORARY NATURE OF MIRACULOUS GIFTS OF THE HOLY

1CO 13:8 Charity never failed: but whether 
there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether 
there be tongues, they shall cease; whether 
there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.
